The terms that apply when you enrol at Pooja Arts Academy or use this website.
Enrolment and Batches
Admission is confirmed after the academy desk shares the batch details and you accept them. Batch slots, age criteria and fees are communicated by the academy and may change between sessions.
Fees
Fees are shared on enquiry and are payable as agreed at enrolment. Please keep your payment receipts for reference.
Conduct and Discipline
The guru–shishya tradition asks for punctuality, respect for the guru and fellow students, and focus in class. The academy may ask a student to step out of a class for repeated misconduct.
Safety
Karate and dance involve physical effort. Students should tell the guru about injuries or health conditions before class. Parents or guardians are responsible for informing the academy about relevant medical needs.
Photographs and Performances
The academy may photograph or record classes and performances for teaching and promotion, and will publish images of minors only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
Examinations
Board examinations follow the rules of the conducting board. Online mock exams at the academy are for practice: attempting to photograph, record, share or copy questions is not allowed, and the academy may cancel an attempt.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including text, design and the academy’s name and lotus emblem, belongs to Pooja Arts Academy and may not be copied without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
